Operation Fishnet Remodel Details

Here is the list of what the entire remodel project will entail:

• Pews will be replaced with chairs. Total seating will expand to approximately 470 spots.
• Parking lot will be expanded by paving the front lawn and re-lining the entire lot.
• Expanded seating will require a remodel of the Lobby, including a new Welcome Center.
• Platform will be upgraded.
• Lighting will be improved. It will become better, and dimming packs will be added.
• Sound will be improved. Sound booth will be moved to main floor. Speakers and sound absorbent panels will be adjusted.
• A handicap ramp will be added to provide access to the stage, as per code.
• The stage will be raised 6 inches.
• The floor will be flattened.
• The balcony handrail will be brought up to code.

Drywall work and electrician work continues for next week or so... DONE
Ceiling light fixtures installed by... 12/9/2011
Concrete Sealant application to be put on... Week of 12/19
Painting in Lobby completed by... DONE
Carpet in Lobby installed by... 12/16/2011
Parking Lot poles and light fixtures... 12/16/2011
Welcome Desk... By middle December
Dimmer Switch, 10 wk l/t; ETA is middle December... 12/20/2011
Theater Seats ETA... 12/20/2011
Theater Seats Install time is up to 9 days... 1/5/2012
Carpet in Sanctuary installed after Seats are installed... Middle January 2012
Acoustically Panels... 3rd or 4th week of January 2012

As of Sunday, September 18th

Worship Center

• Electricians have been focusing on installing new electrical that needs to be completed before first concrete pouring.
• Wood framing is being prepared for concrete pouring.
• Their will actually be three stages of Electrical work and concrete pouring, starting from the back of existing platform through the Worship Center towards the back of the Worship Center.

Parking Lot

• Has been prep, fill placed where needed and properly graded.
• Light Pole electrical and concrete curbs will be installed in the next few weeks.

Timeline

• Worship Center - All Worship Center concrete pours and electrical work should be completed by September 21st and then the concrete requires 7 additional days of cure time.
• Lobby (our front entrance) – should be completed first week of October.
• Parking lot should be completed by mid October.
• Worship Center ceiling staining and electrical work should be completed by mid November.
• Goal is to have all construction completed by Thanksgiving.
• New Worship Center seating, again, had a 20 week lead time and is currently scheduled for delivery mid December.
