At the December 5th, 2010 Special Congregational Meeting three recommendations were brought to the members in attendance, discussion was had, and then voted on. The recommendations for approval and the outcome are as follows:

The Call Committee with the support of the Elder Board, unanimously recommends that Dr. Bill Miller be called to full time ministry at Buffalo Covenant Church as the Executive Pastor.
This recommendation was approved.

The Finance Commission and the Elder Board recommend to the congregation a 2011 church budget with projected income, expenses, and cash on hand by December 2011. Due to the timing of this meeting, this action will be contingent on the approval of this budget by the Church Council at their regular Council Meeting on December 13, 2010.
This recommendation was approved.

The Elder Board recommends to the congregation that the Elder Board form a Worship Center Remodeling Committee to prepare and present to the congregation plans and cost to expand the seating capacity of our worship center. The cost of seating expansion and other options for upgrades beyond the expansion will come to the congregation as separate motions for action. The Committee under the leadership of the Elders and Staff are authorized to spend up to a specific dollar amount for architect and engineering fees.
This recommendation was approved.
