Job: Struggling to Find Light When All Seems Dark Mondays, January 9 - February 13 • Choir Room • 7:00-8:30 p.m. Taught by Pastor Max Frazier; Cost is $30
The story of Job is an ancient one, yet it is a modern one as well. When tragedies occur - whether floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, notes of terminal illness, suicides, etc. - the response is to cry out, ‘Why me?’ A second question believers often ask is “Where is God?’ Job’s story helps us to understand the answers to both questions. Join in probing this exciting book as we sit in the ash heap alongside of Job and interact with his friends and with God about the issues of life.
