Joanie is our Youth Assistant - you may see her running between Val's office and the copy room, trying to keep things up to date for the Youth Ministry Program.
Joanie grew up here in Buffalo, and she and her husband have both been working with the youth at BCC for 12 years. They have one daughter, Lacey, and two dogs.
When she is not at church, Joanie enjoys reading, camping, scrapbooking, being outdoors with her family, and showing their beef cattle at area fairs.
For Joanie, the best part about being involved in youth ministry is watching the students develop their own relationship with the Lord: "When they start with us, a lot of them are living their parents' faith, but it's so cool when you see them transform from that stage in their Christian walk to a having a living relationship with the Lord.
